The Southbank Festival of Creativity

The Southbank Festival of Creativity is a celebration of local and international collaborative arts, with a focus on Waterloo, its people and places. The festival unites people with a passion for art and its power for well being, providing a launch for Sky Lark Arts, a local community arts project.
