Christmas on the South Bank

a candy cane, Santa decoration, Christmas tree decoration, a disposable mask and a star decoration hang on a string in a line.

We're excited to announce ‘Christmas on the Southbank’, a Christmas fair at Gabriel’s Wharf.

Pop down to Gabriel’s Wharf this December to find a wonderful range of independent shops selling beautiful handcrafted gifts as well as food from a range of cuisines. Gabriel’s Wharf is a spacious outdoor destination that the whole family can enjoy. Please do remember to bring your masks and hand sanitizer!

We will have an incredible line up of live music every Saturday and Sunday from 5 – 20 December from 2-7pm! Stroll through our arty enclave as festive sounds fill the air, and don’t miss our special guest MC this year, Father Christmas himself! Browse our shops as the smell of delicious food wafts through the Wharf.

Your small purchase can make a huge difference this Christmas, from keeping small businesses afloat, to helping those in the community who need it. COVID-19 has dramatically reduced footfall around Gabriel’s Wharf this year, and two lockdowns have caused our tenants to close their doors for months on end. By visiting Gabriel’s Wharf and buying from our independent stores, you are giving them the best gift of all – protecting their livelihoods.

When you’re finished at Gabriel’s Wharf, have a wander over to Oxo Tower Wharf to check out our Oxo Tower Wharf based designer-makers and their amazing range of unique Christmas gifts on offer, guaranteed to make anyone smile. Oxo Tower Wharf offers two floors of shops and an amazing view over the Thames. Buying from our independent designer-makers and retailers can make a huge difference this year, so do come along and browse a range of jewellery, clothes, ceramics, and much more.

As a social enterprise, all of our profit goes back into our community. By buying from our tenants, you allow us to continue to run our family support sessions which help families have the best start in life. Your money also contributes to the redevelopment of the area, including the parks, gardens and green spaces for visitors to the South Bank to enjoy year-round.

So please come and join us for Christmas on the Southbank this December, and show your support to our small business owners, allowing our community to continue to thrive.
