1800 Tequila have taken over OXO Tower Bar’s terrace with a beautiful Pacific chic redesign and a disruptive list of cocktails. The OXO chefs also created an exclusive Mexican brunch menu to enjoy every weekend. The terrace is open until 4 June.
In honour of English Wine Week, Executive Head Chef Jeremy Bloor has crafted an exclusive tasting menu championing British ingredients. Head Sommelier Diego Muntoni has carefully paired a glass of English wine with each dish, all available for £130 starting 27 May.
Royal Wedding Cocktail – OXO Tower Bar
OXO’s cocktail of the month is called Meghan Sparkle in honour of the royal wedding on 19 May. It’s made up of gin, cloudy apple juice and rose syrup topped with Harvey Nichols English Sparkling Wine and garnished with mint.
