Oxo Tower Wharf to be part of London's new design district

The iconic Oxo Tower Wharf, home to 20+ design studios and exhibition spaces including gallery@oxo and Bargehouse has joined forces with several other leading Bankside and South Bank based design destinations and businesses to launch London Design Festival’s newest design district- Bankside Design District. This newly announced design district will be the first district located south of the river.

Many exciting design based events and exhibitions will take place throughout Oxo Tower Wharf during the London Design Festival 19-27 September. There will also be opportunities to meet and talk with the designers themselves, who run successful design studios and shops across Oxo Tower Wharf.

Discover a unique community of design boutiques and studios offering a range of contemporary design products, with the opportunity to discuss the work with the people who created it. Leading design studios based at Oxo Tower Wharf include InnermostBlack + Blum and J-Me. Individual studios will organise a number of special events:

PUT YOUR STAMP ON IT – DESIGN YOUR OWN IDENTITY JEWELLERY
JeDeCo, Unit 1.17

JeDeCo (Jewellery Designers’ Collective) joins the London Design Festival with two interactive weekend events, held on Satuday 19 – Sun 20 September, and Saturday 26 – Sunday 27 September. Their designers will have tools ready to make your very own personalized identity pendant or bracelet on the spot, with letters, symbols and colours.
