This year marks the 20th anniversary of the OXO Tower Restaurant, Brasserie and Bar at Oxo Tower Wharf.
To mark the occasion, it is offering a menu of 20 cocktails, lasting eight weeks, which will take customers on a trip back through the cocktail trends of the last 20 years.
The list starts at 1996 with the OXO Pop, a celebration of the alcopop, before moving on to the 1997 Eight Floor Smash, a vodka-based cocktail which acts as a homage to the start of the vodka revolution. 2001 is the classic Cosmopolitan celebrating when Sex & The City brought it to the height of its popularity. 2015 was all about foraging for food and cocktail ingredients – customers can sit back, relax and enjoy a fruity Bramble, whilst taking in the views of London’s dazzling skyline from the OXO bar.
As if that weren’t enough, OXO has also created four new ‘Not Afternoon Tea’ selections that are available for only £20 in honour of OXO’s 20th anniversary. They are also offering a special London ‘Not Afternoon Tea’ Experience, which takes you on a journey through the city with London-themed desserts expertly paired with gin cocktails.
The London ‘Not Afternoon Tea’ Experience is available in the OXO Tower Brasserie:
Sunday to Friday, 3pm – 5pm
Saturdays, 2pm – 4.30pm.
